You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. Broker Registration & Relationship

Registering as a broker through the Site does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between you and A2A Funding. Broker fees, if any, are paid only on deals that close and fund, and are subject to a separate written broker agreement between you and A2A Funding. You are responsible for verifying and complying with any licensing requirements applicable to brokering activity in your state.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, application, or deal submission;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

8. Intellectual Property
